About
Blind Revision was a 5-piece female-fronted heavy rock band with metal and punk attributes. Influences include Coheed and Cambria and Evanescence. Their music blends influences from progressive rock, melodic metal, alternative rock and post hardcore music. The band has also shared the stage with national and international acts such as Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Motionless in White, The Amity Affliction, Miss May I, Devildriver, Puddle of Mudd, Saving Abel, Hawthorne Heights, Revocation, Hail the Sun, and many more. Blind Revision was nominated for best hard rock and metal act in the New England music awards during the summer of 2018. In April 2017, Blind Revision was nominated for two Worcester music awards as well. In early 2018, the band was also nominated for best metal/hardcore act in the Rhode Island Motif Magazine music awards. Singer Jen Janet was also nominated by Motif Magazine for best female vocalist. Blind Revision has performed at notable festivals such as the Rock and Shock in Worcester Massachusetts, the Goddesses of Rock Festival in Rhode Island, and the 2017 Connecticut Metal Festival.
