About
Hailing from the East Coast, Astro Villas (Sean) started as a recording project during the pandemic with no intention of growing beyond that. Inspired by bands like Tame Impala, My Morning Jacket, and Khruangbin, Astro Villas isn’t really one thing; but it’s often a blend of echo-washed guitars and synths, melded together into hazy cinematic soundscapes. After a brief hiatus to focus on family, Sean has followed up his 2021 debut, Turning Into Gold, with back-to-back releases, 'What It Means' and 'desync'. 3 more singles are on the map for 2025.
