Archer's New Rival

About

Archer's New Rival formed in Orlando, FL in 2004 during the height of the Myspace Emo/Screamo wave. They had notable success as an independent artist performing with national acts such as Thrice, Atreyu, Story of the Year, The Used, 30 Seconds to Mars, Senses Fail, A Day to Remember and many more. Winning the Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands two years in a row for a spot at the Taste of Chaos. In 2006 they released their first full-length album titled "Something Worth Fighting For" produced by Cameron Mizel. With fan favorite hits "Take Me Away" and "Insert Clever Chorus here" they blended pop rock anthems with heavy breakdowns and extremely catchy verse and chorus hooks. After taking a hiatus in 2008, they reformed again in 2022 and returned to the studio in 2024 with producer Dylan Herzog to record six new tracks that will be released between November 2024 and February 2025. And now they're on a mission to bring emo back, but this time instead of teen angst, it's a mid-life crisis and adulting on the mind!
