Spending nearly twenty years as a musician, Anthony Clark Jr also known as ACJ has spent most of his life immersed in the art of sound. Starting on guitar at the age of eight, ACJ got started early learning to express himself with sound. ACJ grew up in Houston, Texas in a household always playing music from a young age. With influences range from The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, all the way to Michael Jackson and Kirk Franklin, and George Gershwin, Anthony has always been inspired by great music. At the age of twelve, ACJ became a percussionist, thats when his true talent and passion for music was revealed. Anthony excelled in band, earning himself the honor of playing with the top band as a beginner. He would go home an practice every single day for hours on end. He would also spend his time submerged in the rich world of the classical music they were playing in band. During this time until the time he graduated, he didn't listen to much popular music, mostly classical and jazz. This was his way of staying one step ahead of everyone else, he really learned how to hear and feel the music. He would take these skills all the way with him as he continued his musical journey too and through high school, eventually become a singer songwriter. To this day ACJ has been in the relentless pursuit of pure musical mastery and continues to push the envelope of what is possible for recorded sound.
