About
Annell Moya is a young, up-and-coming South African singer, actor based in New York whose music is Holy Spirit inspired. (“That means that I only write when there’s a bubbling in my heart that i need to let out and melody, words feel like they already exist. I’m just downloading them. Only God man!”) Having a background in musical theater and graduating from AMDA in Los Angeles Annell has rediscovered her love of writing her own songs. From the time she was a little girl strumming her guitar in a dark room, she’s been inspired to write words that reveal the vulnerable, authentic, and tender feelings that come with being alive. Annell's upcoming EP, "Now. Not Yet," is highly anticipated among her fans. The EP speaks to the experiences of living in between the sometimes confusing present but being excited for the things that are yet to be seen. Soo enjoy!
