Andrew Chappell doesn’t do much the easy way. Born in Dallas, Texas, and now planting roots in Boise, Idaho, he’s spent years learning music the hard way—late nights in roadside bars, honky-tonks that smelled like beer and ambition, and crowds that didn’t always care if you showed up. That’s where he found his sound: gritty, honest, and straight from the gut. He writes songs that don’t apologize, songs that hit where they’re supposed to, mixing outlaw country grit with a little heartland rock kick. He’s put out projects like Loneliness and Whiskey and last year’s Reckless EP, which gave fans “I’m All In” and “Whiskey to Burn.” He plays close to 200 shows a year, sometimes solo, sometimes with his band, The Bitterroot Revival. In 2024, the International Singer Songwriter Association named him Emerging Artist of the Year. More music is coming, and Chappell is just getting started. No shortcuts, no fluff—just songs, sweat, and stubborn independence. That’s Andrew Chappell.
