About
Hailing from the raccoon capital of the world, ALEX EXISTS brings an explosion of raw energy, haunting melodies, and thought provoking lyrics. Known for his eclectic and unconventional musical style, EXISTS boils down a variety of genres including glam rock, psychedelic, grunge, new wave and baroque pop. Defying the rules with style and substance, EXISTS blends and breaks the boundaries between subcultures in a genuine way. Creating a strikingly bold mix of big hearted, provocative and booty shaking tunes that relentlessly push on the envelope of pop-culture. For someone who shares the same birthday as Dolly Parton and Edgar Allan Poe the dichotomy of Alex Exists' artistic duality seems fitting. His music is heavily influenced by the personal experiences and social issues they see around them, as well as their passion for satire, psychology and subcultures. He cites artists like The Kinks, Arctic Monkeys, The 1975, David Bowie, Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band, Yoko Ono, <a href="spotify:artist:3dBVyJ7JuOMt4GE9607Qin" data-name="T.
