About
The music of ABANAMAT sends you flying a million miles per hour through space and time while standing still. Heavy but dreamy. Intense but calm. Based in Berlin, the quartet consists of musicians from the USA, Germany, Portugal and Russia. Assembling a group of like-minded psychedelic rock enthusiasts in the city of raves and techno was challenging but the patience paid off: the rich blend of cultures and musical backgrounds of the members is what makes ABANAMAT‘s music so unique: Jazzy chord progressions and afrobeat drums merged with heavy riffs and solos will leave every headbanger ecstatic. Like one listeners says: “This music makes you want to get baked right away!”
