A Place To Hide

About

A Place To Hide consists of three members: Nick Rigali (vocals and guitar); Nick Valero (vocals and bass); and Ryan Mastrelli (drums). The group has been together for almost 8 years, and as Ryan put it, “we’ve been through all of our awkward stages together. We basically grew up together.” They began as a young group of boys playing around with their instruments in the drummer’s basement, to writing their own music, refining their artistry, and sharing their creations with their growing number of fans. Throughout the better part of the decade the band grew both as musicians and as a family joined together by their love and passion for creating music. Their art is a testament to how true their friendship is, which is something that many of us have accomplished or hope to accomplish with the people we love in our own lives. Inspired by the works of various bands in the music industry, some of the notable influences on their sound include Foo Fighters, Citizen, Movements, Title Fight, Rage Against The Machine, and blink-182. Before getting signed to Elton Audio Records in 2020, their plan was to release a 3 stage single drop of Replace Me, So Wrong, and another unreleased single, but recording was halted with the COVID-19 pandemic. Now with restrictions being lifted, they are back on track, with more in store for their fans in the upcoming months. After the release of So Wrong, the band was featured in over 40 playlists, 20 blogs, and grew significantly on their socials.
